The companies need to know about rules and regulations and should follow the pharmaceutical ethical code. The government may need some implementation of legislation and law enforcement to preserve the well-being of the Mandalay medical community. The revealed that the pharmaceutical company promoted their products and brands to encourage the prescriptions from the doctors. They also used various strategies to gain the better sales. The influence of marketing strategies and activities such as advertising promotion, and persuasive selling were examined. It was found that there existed some prescription decision pattern which was determined by company's competitive influence rather than the patient's disease variable. therefore, there is a need to ensure the proper implementation of legislation and strong FDA mandatorily. This implied that the management must involve independent surveillance network and coordination with healtcare professions as well as the functional control including quality control, storage and manufacturing plant for policy implications Curricular : BBA/MBA/MSM/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=25136 SIU IS.
