[LCSH]TurnoverAbstract: This study intents to explore the employee satisfaction on compensation program of Amazing Bagen Resort Hotel from equity point of view. Questionnaire method is applied to collect data from all employee of the hotel. The compensation package of the hotel consist of eight elements such as salary bonus uniform vacation transportation leave and healthcare. It is found that top level and front line employees are satisfied with bonus system. Most of employees are satisfied with uniform. Most of employee are slightly satisfied with health-care system. According to the employee satisfaction with other similar hotels it is found that most of the top middle and front line employee are not interested in compensation program practice by other hotels. They are satisfied with their compensention received from their hotel. As a result the labor turnover rate has sharply downed in year 2008 when Human Resource Department considered the equity in hotel's compensation. Hotel should pay more attention to sustainable equity in compensation not only with in the hotel but also in hotel industry.
