An inductive approach was utilised as a methodology for determining Employee Productivity enhancement as it related to the awareness. The resulting qualitative analysis of that data addresses issues of enhancing and maintaining Employee Productivity, providing competitiveness across the beverage distribution industry and maintain a good profitability margin for survival and growth.
