In the year Burma gained independence from the British in 1948, the production of opium in Burma was 36 tons surveyed by the government. The Burmese government and DEA jointly eradicate opium. Drug eradication project become the most lucrative business and the productions of opium become increase and yearly production of opium has come up to over two thousand tons. Burma become the second largest opium production country in the world after Afghanistan.
It is widely known that drug eradication projects have been seriously under taken by several countries including UN during centuries in the past without success. The younger generation of today will be the leader of tomorrow. They become drug addicts and millions of younger generation are dying meaninglessly. Our duty is to save those dying generation by given duty to ourselves without blaming to any person, but cooperated with concerned people in due course.
Up to this date, the technique of drug abuse method has been enforcing by the law and let the people follow according to the law and yet no one pays attention to the law. Countless of laws that are the best, the most justice and the most favorable laws that have jointly enforced by the world and UN without success. Now, there is the most appropriate law (benevolent law) is left behind to appreciate by the world without bias to any party without hoping for self-beneficial, purely stand to restore peace, justice for all mankind.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the good governance in cooperatives of Nepal, in the light of the participation and its impact on performance of cooperatives in terms of deposit, volume of transactions, share capital, employment generation, loan investment, consultancy service, amount of reserve fund etc. Members’ participation is selected as independent variable whereas performance of cooperatives is considered as dependent variable in the study.
Data are collected from the secondary source from the department of cooperatives of Nepal, Ministry of cooperative and poverty alleviation. Study of 16 types of cooperatives consisting of 5 years of observations from the fiscal year 2010 to 2015 AD have been included in the study. A number of tables, bar diagrams, lines and charts have been used to clarify the data.
After all, the study reveals that there is positive relationship there is positive relationship between participation and performance of cooperatives. Textile and Clothing IndustryAbstract: Travel & Tourism is a major economic factor in Thailand. International tourist numbers have grown to over 29 million in 2015. The total contribution of Travel &Tourism to GDP was THB2,795.1bn(20.8% GDP) in 2015, visitor exports generated THB1,678.9(17.5 of total exports) in 2015. The total contribution of Travel & Tourism effects the development of supply chain including T&C (textile and clothing) sectors. Owing to the reduction of order from major export markets in recent years, Thailand’s T&C industry has faced many challenges from both the export and domestic demanding decreasing gradually. Tai T&C industry should, therefore, catch this opportunities to develop more market share and foster its competitive advantage.In order to attracting more visitor exports to contribute to T&C sectors, understanding the influence visitor ‘s buying behavior factors is key points. How to increase the international tourist textile & clothing expenditure, the motivation of purchasing is key point.
This paper explored the principle factor that effect the tourist’s buying behaviour, assuming we can stimulate those factors and increasing the T&C commodities expenditure. Reports on quantitative research aimed at analysis the factors of buying behaviour with foreign tourist on T&C expenditure in Thailand. The tourist T&C expenditure is based on the Social Factor; Personal Factors; Psychological Factors. Comparative StudyAbstract: Modern special education of China and Thailand both originated in the late 20th century. After half a century of development, both countries have made remarkable progress in special education. In this article, author interviewed 30 higher education teachers from 30 public universities (China and Thailand), where their universities are all set up the major of special education. This paper is based on qualitative research in both countries concerning three aspects: comparison characteristics of special education majors in China and Thailand, comparison of the objectives of special educational teacher training in universities in China and Thailand, comparison of special education curriculum in universities in China and Thailand. Providing the successful experience and inspiration of special education majors in Chinese and Thai universities. Promoting the reform of training patterns for special education teachers in universities in China and specialized in special education in universities. Thai MarketAbstract: After entering the 21st century, the development of mobile information technology has been amazing. 4G technology has also begun to be used on a large scale, and mobile Internet technology has entered into human life. The popularity of mobile phones is getting higher and higher, and it is very important for people's work, life and learning. The Chinese mobile phone industry is also growing at a rapid rate. With the deepening of economic globalization and the continuous maturation and liberalization of China's entrepreneurial environment and business environment, more and more technology-based companies have grown up in China and have gone abroad to begin the process of internationalization. HUAWEI is one of the examples of going abroad. The mobile phone market in Thailand is an international market with huge potential for HUAWEI. China and Thailand have similar geographical locations, similar cultural traditions, frequent economic and cultural exchanges between the two countries, Under the guidance of the “One Belt and One Road” policy, HUAWEI has a large advantage in developing the Thai mobile phone market. This study aims to explore the current status of SAMSUNG and HUAWEI in Thailand's mobile phone market, and the difference in the marketing models of the two brands in Thailand's mobile phone market, and learn from the brand's successful experience to provide recommendations for HUAWEI's mobile phone market in Thailand. This article uses observation method and interview method, qualitative and quantitative research methods, and conducts a field survey on sales status and marketing strategies of HUAWEI and SAMSUNG in Thai mobile phone market. The research results show that Samsung’ s popularity is higher than that of HUAWEI in the current smart phone market in Thailand. SAMSUNG has an advantage in product design, name, promotion, etc.HUAWEI has an advantage in price.Summarize the successful experience and inspiration of SAMSUNG and HUAWEI in the Thai market, learn from SAMSUNG’s successful experience in the Thai mobile phone market. Primarily qualitative approach has been adopted to collect primary information from tourism entrepreneurs and experts and tourists. Manual content analysis has been carried out to analyses the data.
The arrival trend of tourist in Nepal is increasing each year except the adverse situation of Nepal. India, China, USA, UK and Sri Lanka are the five major nations to send their citizens to Napal as tourist. India and China are contributing about forty percent of the tourism market these days with a constant increase over the two decades. Mainly three kinds of visitors namely holidays, pilgrimage and adventure tourist are visiting Nepal but these days corporate tourism is also being popular. Visitors are coming with good knowledge about the different tourism related activities which have made them more demanding than before. Tourism entrepreneurs of Pokhara are aware of identifying and appropriately handling the customer’s complaints. They are taking different initiatives on identifying and making to vent the complaint from their guest. Employee turnover tendencyAbstract: This paper aimed to test the impact of human resources management practices of HN company on its employee satisfaction and employee turnover tendency. Two semi-structured interviews were used to collect data about the company’s nature, main businesses, and innovative achievements it has acquired at present from the manager of Brand Promotion Department, and data about recruitment and selection system, training mode, career planning help, performance evaluation system, compensation system, and incentives system that the company is operating from the manager of Human Resource Department. Besides, a questionnaire was used to investigate the satisfaction of HN employees with human resource management practices, and to prove the validity of the relevance between predefined six HRM practices and employee turnover tendency.
The findings showed that in terms of recruitment and selection, effectiveness of selection system and interview evaluation system have an impact on employee satisfaction and employee turnover tendency; in terms of training, training opportunities and the relevancy between training content and individual career development have an impact on employee satisfaction and employee turnover tendency; in terms of career planning, post configuration, company’s help for staff career planning, and the link between personal career planning and work goals have an impact on employee satisfaction and employee turnover tendency; in terms of performance management, fairness, clearness, motivation of performance evaluation system have an impact on employee satisfaction and employee turnover tendency; in terms of compensation, the compensation’s match with job content, and the compensation level compared with other companies of the same type, and benefits have an impact on employee satisfaction and employee turnover tendency; in terms of incentives, promotion system, bonus distribution, spiritual rewards have an impact on employee satisfaction and employee turnover tendency. On this basis, the study analyzed the reasons of staff dissatisfaction with the above six HRM practices according to the responses from the interview with Human Resource Management and the staff suggestions from the questionnaire for first-line officers of HN company. Finally, the study found out that fewer employees are willing to switch to the same positions of other companies, and the tendency to voluntarily resign without targets is also very low. Growth of SMEsAbstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationships among entrepreneurial structure hole, competitiveness of SMEs, and the growth of SMEs. SMEs are the fundamental force of the development of China. However, it is difficult for SMEs to draw advantages from the social and economic structure of China, today. Therefore, the entrepreneurial social resource is the main support for the growth of their SMEs. structure hole in a social network is the theory for studying how to select and utilize valuable different social resources for helping the growth of the enterprise. At the same time, competitiveness as the most powerful and fundamental protection for SMEs can survival in the various difficulties, it has been picked as the mediating variable to explain the relationship between structure hole (independent variable) and the growth of SMEs (dependent variable). The study results in an enhancement of the store performance which plays important parts in successful business. The purposes of this research were to predict and control the maintenance management and create a proposal of maintenance management skills development for retail stores based on the case of True Corporation. The results of this research may serve as a guideline for key developments and performance in stores. It will also guide how the company and other retailers should reconsider their strategies about store maintenance. The finding may be useful for store owners to find the appropriate strategies in dealing with the possible maintenance and its cost.
This study has gathered relevant information concerning the maintenance cost of True company. The store type, category, and category details are the factors affecting maintenance cost. The category group which consist of food and beverage, non IT and IT has the most effect on cost. The cost of True coffee then is higher than its competitors in both capital expense and operation expense. When analyze the store type, there are three store types with highest cost, the branding, the business, and the spear. The three shops uses special equipment with more complication in system and infrastructure.
