Regression AnalysisAbstract: Employee satisfaction has been one of the crucial factors in organizational performance. Diversities in human resources have added challenges to the managers. Thus, Managers required to identify the determinants of employee satisfaction and estimate their impact on organizational performance.
The purpose of this study is to explore the link between employee satisfaction and organizational performance and to determine if there is an empirically provable relationship between these two factors, and the intensity of this relationship. Empirical research was conducted on a research sample of 300 employees of NIC Asia ,among 1595 total population size. A structure questionnaire was used for data collection. The present researcher proposes convenience sampling technique to execute the overall sampling for the purpose of primary data collection. Both primary and secondary data were used for the research. Similarly, regression and correlation had been used to show the close linkage between employee satisfaction and organization performance.
Data was collected through self administered questionnaires that included varieties of questions such as single response questions and Likert scale questions. Data collected through the questionnaire was analyzed statistically by using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). It was then summarized using tables.
The results of this study show the existence of a clear link between employee’s job satisfaction and organizational performance in both directions. Detailed analysis showed that the connection between employee satisfaction and organizational performance is stronger than the connection between organizational performance and employee satisfaction. It could be stated that employee satisfaction determines organizational performance, rather than organizational performance determining job satisfaction.
Accordingly, this thesis has indeed helped the present researcher to learn more about the importance of employee satisfaction to any organization to lead in success mainly concerning towards service organization.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=27515 SIU IS. In the context of industrial restructuring, China has launched strategic measures such as “Widespread Entrepreneurship and Innovation” and “Internet Plus”. These measures have provided a better macro environment for the development of the game industry. At the same time, the improvement of the Internet infrastructure and the rapid development of intelligent hardware have provided a breeding ground for the growth of the game industry. In an era of the rapid development of the game industry, the study of its profit model is of great significance.

Based on this framework, the aim of this study is to construct an approach using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and BSC for evaluating a M&A performance in order for it to become a sustainable business. In this study, AHP is proposed to prioritize and determine weights for the perspectives and indicators included in the BSC for a DalianZeusEntertaimen(DZE). The combina-tion of these weights with different indicator measures produces a model that pro-vides an effective assessment tool for DZE managers. The study concludes that bal-ance score-card is widely used and is an effective tool for measuring performance in organizations. The study recommends that the game industry that seeks to measure their M&A performance should adopt the use of balance scorecard as it is a very ef-fective tool in measuring performance in organizations.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28032 SIU IS. Sustainable developmentAbstract: In recent years, the real estate industry has been regarded as a pillar industry of the national economy in China, which has boosted China’s GDP growth. The operational status of the real estate industry can reflect the development of a country’s economy. As the real estate market heats up, the supply and demand in the real estate market have also changed. The change in house prices has become the focus of consumers, affecting the development of the real estate market. Therefore, it is very important to study the supply and demand of the real estate market. This paper takes Fuzhou City in China as an example to study three factors that affect the changes in housing prices in China's real estate industry: GDP, urbanization and local policies. The results of the study indicate that housing prices in Fuzhou are rising, and the reasons for the increase are related to the economic development of the city and local policies and the economic development of the surrounding cities. In order to ensure the stable development of the real estate industry and enable the people to afford the house, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the local government: strengthen the government's real estate management, standardize the housing finance policy, strengthen the land management, and ensure the land supply. In short, the analysis of factors affecting real estate prices will help formulate government policies and promote the healthy and stable development of China's real estate industry. SWOT analysisAbstract: In recent years, more and more negative events of infant milk powder have been exposed in Chinese media. Chinese people have serious doubts about the quality and safety of domestic milk, which seriously hinders the development process of China's dairy products. There are many problems in the business activities of dairy enterprises. When the number of products sold decreases, the inventory will be piled up, which is likely to cause the risk of cash flow chain breaking. In order to help dairy enterprises get out of the low period of development, Chinese government agencies have issued a series of supporting policies in recent years, such as the outline of the plan for rectifying and revitalizing the dairy industry, which will lead the industry to a new stage of adjustment and development. On January 9, 2017, the national dairy industry development 2016-2020 plan put forward higher requirements for the future development of dairy industry, bringing the public's attention to the dairy industry again. In order to help the management of Yili Group more clearly understand its business status, asset liability structure and profitability, this paper uses Harvard analysis framework to analyze the financial status of the enterprise from multiple dimensions. With the trend of global economic integration, enterprises are facing many unpredictable challenges and opportunities In the face of new challenges and opportunities, the biggest challenge is how to improve the senior management in the international business information as the vision of the environment, to make a rapid response to the changing market, to make judgments on the new growth of profit changes, to monitor the financial situation in real time.
On the basis of combing the current situation of foreign research in China, this paper makes an in-depth study and analysis of the financial statements of Yili Group by using the concept of Harvard analysis framework. At the level of strategic analysis, SWOT analysis is mainly used. It is found that: Yili Group has certain advantages in raw materials, strategic pattern, management and operation, and brand; it has disadvantages in fierce competition for milk resources, serious brain drain, and insufficient individualization and specialization of products; Yili Group's strategic opportunities are reflected in broad market prospects, stable external environment, emerging sales channels, and optimized product structure; strategy The threat comes from the severe market supervision, the threat of potential entrants and the substitutability of potential substitutes. At the level of accounting analysis, through the quality of accounting information, we can understand Yili Group. At the financial analysis level, through the calculation of cost profit rate, sales gross profit rate and return on net assets, the enterprise's profitability is obtained; the analysis of asset liability ratio, shareholder's equity ratio, current ratio and quick ratio shows that the enterprise's debt paying ability is weak at present but will be improved in the future; accounts receivable turnover rate, inventory turnover rate, current assets turnover rate and fixed assets The change of turnover rate shows that the operating capacity of Yili Group maintains a better level of strength; the fluctuation of each growth rate reflects that the current growth capacity of Yili Group is relatively unstable, but the prospect is broad. Through the Harvard analysis framework, it is found that Yili Group is facing severe market competition pressure, product differentiation is not prominent enough, the short-term solvency of the enterprise is weak, the growth ability is not stable, the product quality is good and bad, but the overall development of the enterprise is good and the prospect is broad.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28110 SIU IS. Through the Harvard analysis framework, it is found that Yili Group is facing severe market competition pressure, product differentiation is not prominent enough, the short-term solvency of the enterprise is weak, the growth ability is not stable, the product quality is good and bad, but the overall development of the enterprise is good and the prospect is broad.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28110 Hold

[LCSH]Hybrid electric vehiclesKeywords: electric vehicles, consumers’ perspective, influence factors, purchase intention Abstract: Under the dual pressures of oil energy shortages and environmental pollution, many developed countries chose electric vehicles as an important development direction of the automotive industry. China also listed electric vehicles as one of the seven strategic emerging industries of the "12th Five-Year-Plan" period. With the support of the "863" special research plans on electric vehicles, some of the key technologies of electric vehicles and product development have made great progress in China. In recent years, many scholars studied how to develop electric vehicles, in particular, reached a basic consensus on developing the small electric vehicles whose technologies are basically mature. Besides, the government also introduced some relevant support policies, but the current domestic market conditions for small electric vehicles are not ideal, and consumers’ willingness to buy these cars remains low. Hence, in order to find the reasons for impeding the market development, this paper deeply investigated and analyzed the factors that influence purchase intention from the consumers’ perspective, which includes charging convenience, safety, and reliability of the vehicles, repair services, purchase and usage costs, etc.
In details, this paper built some relevant models and designed the questionnaire according to the theories of consumers’ purchase intention and the characteristics of the small electric vehicles. Through the interviews and questionnaire to those who are familiar with the electric vehicles and could afford them, the first-hand data of consumers’ intention were collected, and then an SPSS statistics software quantitative analysis was conducted as follows: firstly, the current situation of the consumers’ purchase intention was obtained through a descriptive statistics analysis, the major factors which effect the consumer’s purchase intention on the small-electric vehicles were extracted with the methodology of element study, finally, through a multiple linear regression analysis, with the purchase intention as the dependent variable the influencing factors as independent variables, the factors impacts on the purchase intention were explored.
To make the analysis results more targeted, further regression analysis was conducted under the different conditions of charging equipment ownership. Finally, according to the research analysis, related countermeasures were given, including improving using conditions of the small-electric vehicles, as well as the product quality, and reducing the users’ costs, etc.
The research findings can provide a reference for policymakers on small electric vehicle’s development, and also help the auto companies to develop new markets of these products.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=27891 SIU IS. The single most important assurance is for the economic value of a bank’s assets to be worth significantly more than the liabilities that it owes. The commercial banking sector plays an important role in mobilization of deposits and disbursement of credit to various sectors of the economy. A sound and efficient banking system is a sine qua non for maintaining financial stability. The financial strength of individual banks, which are major participants in the financial system, is the first line of defense against financial risks. Liquidity management is important for the good performance of commercial banks in Nepal.
This study is mainly concerned to know the relationship between the variables taken in the study. In this study 4 sample banks for the period 2009/10 to 2013/14. Cash & bank balance to total deposit, loan & advances to total deposit, total investment to total deposit, return on Investment and liquid assets to total deposit are independent variables and return on Assets is the dependent variables. This research study has been conducted to find out the relationship between deposit, loan and advances and investment trends, to identify level of liquidity risk and credit risk of four banks that are taken for the study, i.e. NIBL, NABIL, SCBNL and HBL out of 29 commercial banks in Nepal. From the study we can illustrate that NIBL liquidity position among sample banks. NIBL has provided loan and advances in large sector than the other sample banks. Likewise among the sample banks lowest liquidity position is maintained by SCBNL. Similarly, NIBL seems stronger than other banks in observation in regard to advance loan to the market. From this we can conclude that NIBL has accepted higher risk to survive in the market. On the one hand, it is reducing poverty and maintaining balance of payment without much domestic efforts in Nepal; on the other hand, it is pushing up inequality and informal economy as well as increasing the threat of Dutch-disease effects. Theoretically, remittance impact to the national economy is still immature to ensure because of its dynamic nature and data collection problem. The arguing point has developed from the research questions whether remittance-policy of productive use as well as quality migrant labor is influential to economic growth of Nepal. Workers’ remittance inflow has a positive impact to increase in GDP even though there is a comparatively weak effect seen in economic growth of Nepal, econometrics analysis point out to some extent. Moreover, this study also finds that using remittance fund for the productive sector and managing quality emigrant’s participation which has indeed influential causal relations putting positive impacts in increasing economic growth through quality remittances income. However, domestic environment like insecurity and land-locked geopolitics and policy factors are crucial to using remittance fund for long term economic growth. The bright side of remittances depends on revival of economy by using physical, human and social capital to mitigate its negative impact on the economy.
