Nowadays, most of consumers are looking for the design and durable of products and reliable on the products that are very useful to be constructive for higher living standards. In this research, the types of wooden household furniture are important to Myanmar consumer when they choose the essential products in making decision. The study of the objectives are customer preferences of wooden household furniture, consumer’s impression and awareness of product attributes, consciousness about the retail stores of furniture at the market and search for the consumer’s needs and desires in product to get the customer satisfaction. Moreover, the retail furniture shops can decide on quality, price and design of products that the customers are willingness to be satisfied or dissatisfied of these products. Most of customers are not the same sight when they purchase the wooden household furniture. Bank specific factors include liquidity of the bank, profitability of the bank, security of the bank; number of commercial bank’s branches, bank size, reserves and transaction cost. The endogenous factors include awareness of the society, convenience of bank’s office and services in the bank.
This study thus aimed to explore the factors that have impacted on determining the composition of bank’s deposit in Nepalese context. Specifically, impacts of selected eight independent variables on composition of the bank’s deposit were studies in this study. Total credit, gross domestic products, number of bank branches, paid-up capital and reserve fund, inflation, consumer price index, population growth, and per capita income growth were the independent variables in
this study. There are 95 sets of questionnaires were prepared and distributed to the targeted respondents who are working in the heavy machinery companies of the Mandalay. Human resources are the pivot of organizational effectiveness and the greatest asset that an organization can possess. The retention of skillful and well equipped workforce in an organization is pertinent to the growth and overall performance of an organization. The satisfied employees’ surely contribute to the organization to achieve its competitive advantage over its competitors. After that, the PSPP software was used to examine those data which were collected and also to generate the final result. The result shows that, there are significant correlations between employee satisfaction with the other four independent variables (basic salary, incentives, leave system, and promotion opportunities). The major findings, limitations for the study, implications of the study and recommendations of this study will be discussed. The failure to do so resulted in high turnover rate in pharmaceutical industry. So to attract, retain and be profitable, Organizations need better compensation systems that satisfy employees. This study aims to recognize the impact of salary paid, meaningful work, promotion opportunity and recognition on job satisfaction of employees in the pharmaceutical industry in Mandalay. This is an academic research where survey has been conducted in 120 participants of different levels of employees of well-known pharmaceutical companies from multinationals to local companies in Mandalay. Primary data has been assembled through questionnaires and secondary data collected through research papers, articles, websites and textbooks. Findings have shown that pay, recognition, promotion opportunities and meaningful work are in strong and direct relationship to the jobs satisfaction of pharmaceutical employees. This study also pointed out the recommendations for pharmaceutical companies regarding the factors to satisfy the employees, limitation and contribution to the knowledge by this study. The findings of this study are valuable which can be useful for the nationwide research in order to investigate wider view on job satisfaction of pharmaceutical employees of Myanmar. Human resource management (HRM) refers to the policies and practices involved in carrying out the ‘human resource(HR)’ aspects of a management position including human resource planning, job analysis, recruitment, selection, orientation, compensation, performance appraisal, training and development, and labor relations. Job satisfaction may achieve several purposes assisting in recruitment and job performance. An ideal HR practices and job satisfaction management system will help you significantly boost the performance of your employees and create a more engaged workforce that’s willing to go the extra mile for your organization. Such a system should be well-defined and uniform and should apply to all levels of the organization as a general system, plus you’ll enjoy clearer visibility into individual employee performance when it comes time to make critical compensation planning decisions.
The junior, mid and senior level of staffs of three branches of Tourism development banks were taken as the sample of the study. Primary method of data collection was used. Questionnaire and Interviews were developed to collect the data. The researcher employed the use of the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) to analyze the data that was collected for the study.
The study has found that the effect of Human resource management practices in job satisfaction and study have positive impact on employee performance. The Job satisfaction is measured by five variables: Compensation practice, Supervisor role practice, Training practice Evaluation practice and Promotion practice. These five variables have positive impact on Employee Job Satisfaction. Also the Employee performance increases with increase in Employees Job satisfaction. Tourism Development Bank of NepalAbstract: This research paper mainly focuses on The Effect of Human resource management on Employee job satisfaction in Tourism development bank of Nepal. Human resource management (HRM) refers to the policies and practices involved in carrying out the ‘human resource(HR)’ aspects of a management position including human resource planning, job analysis, recruitment, selection, orientation, compensation, performance appraisal, training and development, and labor relations. Job satisfaction may achieve several purposes assisting in recruitment and job performance. An ideal HR practices and job satisfaction management system will help you significantly boost the performance of your employees and create a more engaged workforce that’s willing to go the extra mile for your organization. Such a system should be well-defined and uniform and should apply to all levels of the organization as a general system, plus you’ll enjoy clearer visibility into individual employee performance when it comes time to make critical compensation planning decisions.
The junior, mid and senior level of staffs of three branches of Tourism development banks were taken as the sample of the study. Primary method of data collection was used. Questionnaire and Interviews were developed to collect the data. The researcher employed the use of the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) to analyze the data that was collected for the study.
The study has found that the effect of Human resource management practices in job satisfaction and study have positive impact on employee performance. The Job satisfaction is measured by five variables: Compensation practice, Supervisor role practice, Training practice Evaluation practice and Promotion practice. These five variables have positive impact on Employee Job Satisfaction. Also the Employee performance increases with increase in Employees Job satisfaction. Job SecurityAbstract: This paper analyzes the level of job satisfaction among employees of High Tech construction along with the consideration of gender, age and experience differences. Employees were selected using purposive sampling method for the study. Further, a total of 95 respondents were selected randomly from the High Tech Concrete Yangon head offices The modified Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) was used to gather data about the job satisfaction of respondents. The results indicate that almost 66% of employees are satisfied or highly satisfied with their jobs. ‘Job security’ is the most significant factor of job satisfaction to the employees of High Tech Company. Level of job satisfaction does not differ significantly between male and female employees.
